These Terms explain how you may use Fanimal Music tracks. We keep them concise and creator-friendly.
1) License (permission to use)
Fanimal Music is operated by SpeSan LLC. FANIMAL MUSIC owns the copyright to the tracks.
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the tracks as background music synchronized with your own content (videos, short-form posts, livestreams). This is permission to use, not ownership.
- You may download tracks for production and publishing
- Basic edits (trim, loop, fade) are allowed to fit your content
2) Prohibited uses
The following uses are not allowed:
- No re-uploading or redistributing the tracks as audio files (including free-download reposts)
- No selling tracks or bundles as music assets
- No claiming authorship or registering as your own work
- No registering in Content ID / fingerprinting systems (or attempts)
3) YouTube long-form note
Long-form YouTube videos may receive a copyright claim and monetization may be affected.
For claim-free long-form use, apply for clearance via TuneCore Creators: https://creators.tunecore.co.jp/
4) No warranty
Provided as is. No guarantee of availability or claim-free use on every platform.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or tracks.
5) Changes, governing law, contact
We may add, change, or remove tracks and update these Terms. The latest version will be posted on this page.
Governing law: Japan
Japanese (ja) is the controlling language. Other languages are provided for convenience.
